Hi!

I have situation where I have Fortinet based network. Fortigate that controls FortiAP's and FortiSwitches.
This works fine on Site 1. But we have Site 2 that is connected over pair of four Dynadish 5 (two links). Bonding is done on RB3011UiAS, both one on Site 1 and second on Site 2. Currently all this equipment is in my lab. and Dynadish links are simulated as directly attached LAN cables.
The idea is to manage FortiSwitch on Site 2 from Site1 Fortigate.
I have open support case on Fortinet, and waiting for their support to respond, but until then I wonder does anyone might know what I could try on bonding configuration?
In Fortigate on port configuration page I see all MikroTik MAC's listed, but not from FortiSwitch on Site 2.

Strangely when I restart MikroTik's, FortiSwitch from Site 2 is visible to Fortigate for a brief 10-20 seconds.
I have tried changing Bonding mode, but without result.

As i search for solution, this seems to be VLAN issue. Fortigate has VLAN1 for CAPWAP.
Is there anything more other than adding vlan to interfaces (bonding and bridge)? Do i have to add physical interfaces to vlan or logical?
