What system are you using to log them in?

If the users are on their own interface, IE a particular office, you could easaly write a script that would cycle the port on and off based on the time of day. (see scripting forum) Particular IPs /subnets can handeled in a similar way, by turning on and off NATs.

What if I have a Hotspot on Ethernet Interface and 3 AP's connected to it through switch and each AP connected to Sector Panel covering 120 degrees.
Maybe someone well advice me to use 3 wireless Interfaces instead of Ethernet Interface, my answer is no, it is not suitable to my situation because I should configure a Hotspot server for each wireless interface, while It is very important to my users to be able to connect to any sector in any time.

You can have 3 hotspots all sharing the same user secrets database. Alternatively you can bridge the wireless interfaces to the ether. Just make sure you running the latest MT version.

You mean that I can identify my users (username and password) and leave the Server parameter set to (all) to insure that the user can login from any Hotspot server. this will solve first half of the problem and the other half is when a user is connected to a Hotspot and somehow he disconnect and reconnect to other Hotspot, he will receive new IP and then new login page for the new Hotspot, when he use his Username and Password, he well get "No more sessions are allowed for user $(username)" if we assume that the shared user is set to (1), then he should wait
the Idle timeout
On the other hand we go far away from the main topic:

That is true. The bridging solution will allow seamless roaming across wireless interfaces
