Question about Service Status

I have setup e-mail notifications. In the section that says On Status what does Unstable mean? Is it for links that become saturated and turn red?

I am looking to get e-mailed when a link becomes saturated or would really like to change the threshold to allow me to get warned when a link is up to 85% untilization for X amount of time. Is there an easy place for me to change the thresholds?

unstabile means that some services are not responding, and some are.

Thanks.

What is it called when the link turns red because it is saturated? Where can I change the threshold? Also can I get e-mailed when a link gets saturated?

A link has a certain type (fast ethernet, ethernet, etc.) and/or a certain speed configured. You can create your own link types (incl. their speeds) or fill in the speed directly.

I knew that you can change the speed of the link or set the link to Fast Ethernet, Gigabit, Etc. However I am unsure as to where the thresholds are set so that the visual line you see for the link will turn red when the line bandwidth is being slammed. Is this set by Mikrotik? Can the end user change it?

Thanks for helping.
