Can someone please help me with the following problem. I am using the web caching capability in 2.9.38 and on the surface it is working fine. However when using the cache we are not getting the throughput I would expect. In investigating this further I have discovered although the client PC is set to use a TCP window size of 524280 the MT box is only ever using a maximum TCP window size of 5840. If you work the numbers in terms of delay you end up with close to the performance we are seeing.

Does anyone have any idea why the MT is using such a small TCP window size. Is there any way to adjust this
