R11e-LTE with no LTE options in the menu

I have a pretty new R11e-LTE and I'm really struggling with it. I did have it set up for LTE but now there is nothing showing up in the menu systems for the interface either by Winbox or the browser. I've tried upgrading to the latest firmware and resetting to defaults and nothing shows up.

As a secondary but possibly linked issue, the area by the LTE module gets incredibly hot even through the plastic casing.

Is there anything I can do to get the LTE options to show up or is the unit faulty?

Hi

I've heard of a few cases in the past where the unit got hot, and solution in all of these was to RMA and get a new / functioning one.

Sorry for not replying earlier. I was expecting a forum notification to say a reply had been posted.

I contacted the Mikrotik support e-mail address attaching the supout.rif file and they very quickly asked me to RMA the device. The reason for there being no LTE menu options is that the LTE card had failed and was not being seen as present by the OS. I suspect the heat is related to the failure.
