Dude false alarms

We have been running Dude 6.41 on our CCR1036-8G-2S+ for several mouths now without a problem. In the past week we have had 2 incidents where the Dude reported that the memory and disk services went down on the CCR. The CCR checked out and I could not find any indication of a problem with the device. It appear to me to be a problem with the Dude. Is anyone aware of any known bugs with the Dude that would cause this behavior, if this is a bug is there anything we can do to mitigate the issue?

This has happened 2 more times since my last post, the Dude could not read the memory, cup or disk of the CCR it was running on. Does anyone know of a work around or bug fix for these false alarms?

Hello, leecurt!

We earlier noticed that SNMP probes can provoke sometime false positives.
1. Dude Report False Outages
2. False Alerts

Which method of data collecting do you use? May you try to switch from SNMP to RouterOS source of data?

Thank you!
