Hi, we operate a vast wireless network. Our network is fully bridged back to our main router. Every once and a while we get a customer that cannot get a dhcp address from the main router and can't connect. After further examination it gets a bit crazy. At the customers house we can see everything on our network except the main router, it is like it becomes invisible to the customer all together. We have 400+ customers, so we know the main router is still working. If we play with the main router, reset the dchp tables. reboot it. Sometimes the customer is allowed to get an IP and everything works fine again. Does anyone here know why our main router seems completely invisible to certain people and random times?
