Trying to build a great backhaul setup with WM components.

Just wondering if I am way off base with trying to do this. I am going to try and run 2x532A boards with sr5 cards using nstream dual. The tricky part is that I am going to try and run these 2 radios into an old Western Multiplex filter system that connects to a multiplexer and uses just one antenna. Is this setup possible? Or am I going to waste time trying to get this to work? The old Western Multiplex stuff are Tsunami Boxes 2xt1.

"how good are the filters ?" is the question that springs to mind -
the worst aspect would be self interference with the TX of one radio upsetting the RX of the other radio.
Obviously the lower of the RX signal the more severe this problem would be.
Guess you could try this in the lab and get a quick "sanity check" -

If the WMUX boxes still work, you can get a bundle for them on Ebay, rather than rip them apart.

Then you could buy the nice gabriel dual input antennas and have money left over.
