bulk disconnected, group key exchange timeout

I have a cAP ac unit running 6.43rc5.

I see this message in the log at random times of day when units are connected to the ap but about three times a day....one in the morning one around lunch time and one in the afternoon i get
a bulk Disconnected, group key exchange timeout all at the same time 11:58:44 (see attachment). My users are mostly Mac books and they say they get disconnected for a min or less and they are fine for a while.

I've changed channels and same thing at those approx times a bulk of them get kicked off.

Any ideas? Thank you

Pretty sure Mikrotik has issue with their new AC range but they are working on it. Can't comment directly but had similar experiences when I still did hotspot stuff, Apple devices always had issues with disconnections.

Make sure WMM is set to enabled. This fixes problems with iOS devices on my network, and makes battery life much better on Android devices.

I do have WMM enabled and still get the same problem. Is there anything else I need to do with wmm aside from enabling it?

The unfortunate part is the users using the mac have all taken the white pill so they think the apple devices are flawless and never ever have any issues with them.

Check your encryption settings, too.

Use WPA2+AES (only), or WPA+TKIP (only). Don't mix them, if at all possible.

don't expect any help from support. i have had a lot of issues since i got some hap ac^2 and cap ac. support was either not responding or slow and asking dumb questions.

my recommendation: run 6.42.9 bufix/longterm version. that one is running rock solid for me for a while now.
other ones just caused issues.
