Try Webfig web interface.
Or laptop with bigger screen.

Both are ridiculous suggestions.
No matter how big the screen, Winbox will always produce stupid dialogs like this that don't fit.
It needs fixing properly, not telling people to use something else.
If they wanted to use Webfig, then presumably they would have done so in the first place. What do you do if web access is disabled?

I can see those options with Window height of 810 pixels. Since currently there is no other solution, adjusting resolution or using Webfig is the quickset one.

Maybe we would rather see better behavior of winbox in next release. Besides this problem I also suffer by not opening the winbox session on full screen with the saved inner windows position like the session was closed just because the main window opens on 1/4 of the screen instead of the full screen. I need to expand the main window and reload the session manually again otherwise I definitely loose the layout. Configuration of the wanted and unwanted columns is a nightmare too. Still. After ages of development and many posts here, mikrotik was not able to do anything in that way...

Mikrotik is serious company. But it is not able to produce everything we want from them.
