Hello, I bought brand new hAP ac² with latest stable Winbox build v6.42.1. and with default config.

I’ve configured regular destination NAT rule in Winbox to forward tcp port to LAN IP address and:

When I telnet my router’s WAN IP from other internet provider, for example from work or mobile LTE phone – I have success.

When I telnet my router’s WAN IP from my LAN or WLAN interface – I have failure. But ping works fine.

I’ve tried all variations of «In.Interface» configuration including «all ethernet».

Could someone explain what’s wrong and how to fix it please?

Do you use DSTNAT rule on the gateway to acess gateways LAN side from WAN? Instead of that, maybe you have to make a simple input rule to reach the port at the WAN side.
