Wifi_Etecsa Cuba

Greetings first of all,
I have some problem with the connection provided by Etecsa or Wifi_Etecsa, what happens is that within a few minutes of being connected the connection stops giving Rx but is still connected, but can not access the captive portal.
I have seen in some videos that ping an ip determined with the watchdog or the netwatch for when it is missing it reconnects in some way.
I'm connected to a Mikrotik SXT Litel 5 license level 3.
