Normis, do you have any idea when this will be? Will UM need to be running https as well or will http still work for Usermanager?
I have hundreds of customers that can no longer purchase accounts, is there anything I can do to remedy this? Will setting up https resolve it?
Thank you

Is there a date for this? Or at least an estimated date?

It is already fixed in the 6.43RC version but that version is only for testing purposes. The next bug- and current-version will most probably also contain this fix.

You can tell by the RC name, that the "Current release" with the fix is going to be v6.43, not 6.42.x

Yes, of course that all newer versions also include the fix.
6.43rc40, 6.43rc41, 6.43rc42, 6.43rc43, 6.43rc44 and also the one on the webpage: 6.43rc45. They all include the Paypal fix.
When RC testing is done, 6.43 will be released.

Why not?
It is possible but please the backup files you have to make, separate.
Restore the matching versions of RouterOS and backup file .

Hi, I just updated my CCR1036 to 6.42.7 which says that include the fix for TLS 1.2. But when testing I found the issue that the customer account is created, but not profile is assigned, so when the response with the payment is send back from PayPal, the usermanager response is user not found.
I can't find how t change or assign a profile to an existing customer. Looks like there's possible to assign a profile meanwhile is created.
Does anyone has information about this?

Hi, just updated to 6.43 version and still having the same problem, no profile is assigned when the customer creates the inactive account at signup page. Then allow the customer to go to the complete payment process in PayPal but when try to use the username and password just get an answer that profile not found. The user exists, but has no profile assigned on usermanager.
Do someone knows how to fix it?

Have you tried contacting PayPal technical support? It is not necessary to spam in the same topic 3 times in a row. Perhaps if you were not answered on the first message, then you will not find an answer here. Often, these issues come from the service provider, so they should be contacted first (especially if everything worked well before).
