I have downloaded frequency allocation plan of some european countires but it's no so easy to understand what frequencies are allowed for wisp.
In italy 24 and 17 ghz are legal only for private link but not to carry internet data, not allowed for wisp.
In germany 5725-5875 can be used as BFWA so it seems to be legal for wisp as 17 ghz and 24 ghz but I am not sure.
So a report from you guys help me a lot.
Thank you

When you need details for a specific country you can (just like us) download them from the authority of that specific
country. Please understand we are not going to do your homework, especially not when asked as broadly as you do.
(when you would have asked for a short list of countries and my country was on it, I would probably have given you
the relevant part of the local frequency plan)

You can do that in RouterOS too:

I did it but many docs are not in english and google translate don't help too much to translate legal documents
For me are many hours of works without to be sure to be right due to language problems and cultural differences for you is much less time.
This is a community and ask for an help is normal.

You can do that in RouterOS too:
That could omit important info. For example: the use of 60 GHz is (as per ETSI regulation) prohibited
for use with fixed outdoor installations here (and likely in most EU countries). Temporary use is permitted.
That does not get indicated in tables like that.
(I understand there is a proposed re-evaluation of that regulation but it is far from being changed)

But you probably have a big commercial interest in it, when you want to know it for all countries (no specific list) and you are
not satisfied with sources like wikipedia which has a quite detailed list of this info...

@normis 5 ghz frequenzy is armonized in europe so we know for sure that 5470-5725mhz can be used but in Spain, Italy, Latuia, ecc SRD 5725-5785 mhz is free to use for wisp? In Italy is not allowed in germany and spain is allowed as BFWA but in the other countries? The same thing for 17 and 24 ghz here is allowed ONLY for privare links and can not be used to carry internet data.

I am a small wisp and I am collecting data to make a paper to understand how muchi my country (italy) is back. Here basically all is forbidden and a licensed 56mhz link costs around 5.000 euro per years at 18 ghz.
But you probably have a big commercial interest in it, when you want to know it for all countries (no specific list) and you are
not satisfied with sources like wikipedia which has a quite detailed list of this info...

In that case it is better to talk to your licensing authority and ask them what the motivation for certain decisions is.
To change it may be administrative but it may also be political.
It does not seem to make much sense to compile a global table of allowed spectrum and then wave that in front of them...
(I would not expect much result from that anyway, not even mentioning that you may find many countries where situation is more restricted)

It's political problem here the market and also the rules are done by big operators. We have to show to our regolatory board and to the government that italian rules are too restrictive, but without data we have nothing to show.
