Trouble integrating Dude into the Telegram.

I'm having trouble integrating Dude into the Telegram.
I created the bot and the notification, and activated it in settings - polling. However when there is a change regarding the state of the device, I am not notified.
In notifications, I activated all states, the type is like "execute on server" and my script is this:
/ tool fetch url = "https://api.telegram.org/BOT:TOKEN/send ... D&text=The [Probe.Name] service on the [Device.Name] device has been changed to the status [Service.Status] ([Service.ProblemDescription]) IP = [Device.FirstAddress] "
The same works when I click "Test", but when the status of any device is changed, it does not send me the notification.
I am using version 6.42.5 of Dude.
