Help needed (IPSEC)...

Hi All...
we currently evaluating the replacement of an OpenBSD based VPN routing solution by using RouterOS based systems and we need some initial setup help there:
On the OpenBSD boxes we're using an IPsec/ESP (Layer3) based tunnel for connecting two different company networks having different IP ranges. Also, we're using isakmpd with a preshared secret.
Is there any step-by-step guid explaining how to setup such a thing using two RouterOS boxes? The documentation is quite complex there and we're looking for a example matching the mentioned configuration.
We don't need any NAT or any other service. We just want this box to do the VPN/IPSEC.
Thanks a lot for help or any pointers here
