FTP backup

The first thing to backup is :

1. Go to files-backup --> to backup file, don't forget to see if ur files has been backup.
2. if u see the file and exist, you may restore it. i guarantee there will be no problem.

thx,

I ran a backup on the router, had it email me. took the file and FTP it to a new router. went to restore with the new file and it says file is to big. I have done this before and it has worked. But it wont now.

Hmmm, restoring a backup to a different router will usually not work, as there is information in the backup like interfaces' mac addresses etc.

Are you sure all of your backup got imported?
