Overclocking failure

Hi, I have a RB532 with a daughterboard RB564.

The issue is that I have overclocked it, from 264MHz to 330MHz. After that I keep the frequency and upload the rb500-2.9.39 mikrotik version to the board (it had the rb500-2.9.38 )

When I finished that, I run "/system shutdown" and then I plug out and after a few seconds plug in the board again, but nothing happen.

I connect a RS232 cable to see what the board is prompting, and I see the next lines:

RouterBOOT booter 2.6

RouterBoard 532

CPU frequency: 330 MHz
Memory size: 32 MB

Press any key within 2 seconds to enter setup..
loading kernel from nand... OK
setting up elf image... OK
jumping to kernel code
System halted.

I reset it a lot of times, underclock it, upgrade the firmware, but nohingg happend.

Could you help me?

Thanks,
Julian.

are you writing logs to disk? i think your problem is not related to overclocking, make your logs go to a remote location instead of writing to disk. also consider upgrading the BIOS

allright, I'll going to try that, because I do not find the actual problem...

It's something raletad with upgrading and overclocking at the same time, or something like that.

When I have a result, I'll post back.

Thanks Normis!
