Compatibility SFP and SFP +

Friends tell me, there is a router RB3011UiAS-RM and the switch Netis 3310GF. Both devices have a SFP connector. There are many direct SFP + cables on sale (for example, https://mikrotik.com/product/SplusDA0001) and there is not one such cable with SFP. However, in the description of the cable from the example, it is written that it is compatible with SFP.

Question: Will the cable with SFP + work with devices that have SFP?

Yes, DACs usually do support SFP as well as SFP+. The one you listed definitely does. Obviously keep in mind that you won't get 10Gbps over SFP.

yes, 10G SFP+ cable is back compatible to 1g sfp. but it's best choice to use a sfp cable.
