how can i bind an extension to an external proxy server using webproxy?

external proxy server: 10.10.10.2:83
extension : .zip

Just go to the ip-proxy/web proxy, and go to the taab settings. just fill in the address you want to and the others you need to.

'direct' menu in proxy is designed for managing requests to resolve directly or over parent-proxy.

hi again

i tried all the way but failed to take the download from the external proxy i mentioned.

i put the proxy server ip & port in the parent proxy also.
the proxy server is working fine when using it in the IE but i need to put it in the proxy of IE.

The following rule is incorrect.
1) First of all the same 'src' and 'dst' address could not be used,
2) secondly make sure applications using configured dst-port,
3) 'dst-host' is equal to 'http://dst.host/' configuration.
4) Use correct syntax for 'Path', it is described in web-proxy documentation.

example for what? sergejs explained your problems.

1. why do you have src and destination the same?
2. you have to configure it in your client browser also
4. your `path` is incorrect, it should be "*.zip" (no quotes)
