Bug with bridge+eoip ?

Hello
Recently I was practising eoip between Mikrotik routers. Eoip established between 2 Mikrotiks on public addresses. Everything went OK, 2 remote LANs connected fluntly. Strange thing happened later.
I deleted Eoip on remote router and left unconnected eoip on my home router.
Soon I noticed that some pages do not open i.e. Netflix. Other pages work OK. Seems that SSL connection could not establish. It took me some time to figure out what is going on.
Problem occurs when:
- eoip enabled and bridged to local bridge
- eoip disabled ( mean switched off ) and left in bridge
As soon as I delete or disable eoip interface in local bridge problem does not occur.
Do you have any idea why it happens ? I noticed Netflix accidentally byt I suspect ther pages not to open.
What really made my jaw drop is: that problem exists even if eoip interace is disabled ( but left in bridge local )
