VLAN not getting IP Address

Hello guys, I'm a noob on this mikrotik stuff, so please bear with me.

My setup is simple. I have a wifi access point connected to the mikrotik. On the wifi AP, I created 2 SSIDs, one intended for guests with separate set of IP address so guests cannot access the internal network. The AP supports VLAN ID. So I set VLAN under the ethernet ETH02 interface in the mikrotik, along with its own DHCP server and pool of different set of IP addresses.

SSID1: private
SSID2: guest
VLAN ID: 100
ETH02: LAN

Devices connected to SSID1 works fine, but devices connected to SSID2 cannot get IP address. Am I missing something?

Post configuration of mikrotik router so we can check if there's something not right.

From CLI execute command
/export hide-sensitive
and copy-paste here inside [ code] environment (that's the 7th icon from left - [] ).
