SFP+ copper module (FS 10G-T) incompatible with Mikrotik CRS 3xx?

Because I need jumbo frames on 10Gb-T, (and after disqualifying Mikrotik S+RJ10, since it does not support jumbo frames), I bought some fs.com FS 10G-T modules.

I need this module in a CRS305. I tested this on the latest RouterOS: v6.44beta39.

The module shows up, but refuses to create a link, be it against 1G or 10G, against standard NICs, other SFP+ modules or regular switches.
I tried plugging in without cable and connecting cable afterwards, and connecting cable first and then inserting in the switch (this has been a known defect for Mikrotik). No change.

Here is a module dump:

                    status: no-link

Note that the module shows up as "sfp-connector-type: LC", and not as RJ45.
Support from FS.com states:
For the reason that the optics are recognized as LC modules, it's because that all FS 10G-T modules are coded with 10G SR codes.
However we've run through enough tests that the 10G SR coded modules will be able to function well even though it is not correctly recognized.

Is there anything I can do to get these modules working?
Is it a know (or not yet known) incompatibility without a potential solution in sight?

Did you disable the auto stuff in the Mikrotik for that SPF.

FS offers to program the settings in the recognisation section with wished information.

Indeed, good tip.
So far I found that the module indeed does not like autonegotation. But what a mess this stuff is. Never had problems like this with Cisco or Juniper (but granted, not the same price).
To a 1G NIC on auto, with S+RJ10, I NEED autonegotiate on both sides (nothing else works), and the link is reported as 10G. Go figure.
To a 1G NIC on auto or 1G fixed, with FS 10G-T, I need to set the mikrotik side to a fixed speed (no matter which), and most of the time (not always), the link will report as 1G and will be OK. Sometimes it reports 10G, and the link will show to be up, but will be dead in reality.
Messy. Will try on another switch, and will continue testing with a 10G partner. This is not reliable enough.

Like Msatter says. With my mikrotik I had to disable the autonegotiation of the SFP+ module to get it to work. I fixed it on 1G because of our 1Gbps switch and then it worked flawlessly

It is indeed meshy. About mixed usage the wiki talks about that, almost at the bottom of the page:

that's for optical only
