this is my broplem ....
i have mikro tik router 2.9.27 and i gives some users the internet server as hotspot ..
some of haker can change the MAC adress of them computers and take the internet serves from me and this is well reduce the download and take free serves from me without my knew ...

Please, specify your network type. Is it Ethernet/Wireless network ?
Various methods exists to get more secure local network, these methods were described many times in this forum. If you will try with search, you may find very interesting topics, that might help you to resolve the particular issue.
