Last week my RB433AH cashed during upgrading RouterOS
Therafter I installed new RB433UL with OS 6.43.4
All features are working only issue is in Usermanager active Sessions showing only for maximum upto 19 entries although total number of sessions are much higher,
Check the screenshot for Usermanager which showing 19 sessions and screenshot for 44 active users in Winbox at same time

Old Board L5 and the new one L4???

Thanks for reply: Yes old RB433AH was having L5 and this one L4
but as per Mikrotik wiki: Level 4 has 200-hotspot active users and 20-user manager sessions.

I was thinking 20-user manager sessions means number of admin logins(customer) in user manager.

I was planning to buy RB3011UiAS-RM or should I buy RB4011iGS+RM
my only requirement is hotspot login portal. Total users+network devices are 150. Maximum concurrent sessions will be 100.

RB3011 only having 128MB NAND storage where RB4011 dont have USB for storage expansion. So worried.

My old Router RB433AH crashed because of 32GB MMC card was not readable and usermanager was stored in mmc card.

and what is the real effect if you leave the users as they are in the 2 pics, because you still can see them and control them too as I can see in pics. plz reply it is important for me
