Powering 3x hAP ac via POE

Hi there,

for a little WiFi-Network I would like to set up 3x "hAP ac" devices and supply them with power via POE.
I looked up that the hAP ac needs passive POE and has a max power consumption of 17W.

As a router for backend and power supply I found the "hEX PoE". In the description it is said that the router also supports passive POE out - can somebody confirm that?
It comes with a 24V power supply but alternatively it can also be supplied with 48V, for example with 48POW 70Watt power supply.
So when it runs with 48V and has a maximum combined output for POE of 2A - is it possible to supply 3x "hAP ac" with it?
17W / 48V = 0,36A per port, thats 1,06A consumption of 3 hAP ac together.

Can you tell me if this should work or do you expect some problems in this setup?

Thx a lot!

Regards,
horstkevin
