Hi,

I am totally new to Mikrotik, having purchased my first device (a RB4011).

I hooked up my RB4011 and got the basics up and running. I have been trying to get my SFP tranceivers to work. I have 2 x Finisar modules (FTLF8519P2BNL) which worked flawlessly with my Edgerouter 4 and my TP-Link TL-SG2216 16 port switch.

I did disable auto negotiation and set the speed to 1000gb in both the RB4011 and the TP-Link switch, however, it does not appear as though it's working. I see it constantly switching from connected to not connected on the RB4011.

Note, this is on the LAN side and not the WAN side (I am using the fiber line between the router and my LAN switch).

Any suggestions on how I can get this to work? Is the Finisar module known to work with the RB4011?
