We have LtAP mini with R11e-LTE. Firmware 6.43.8 and LTE is "MikroTik_CP_2.160.000_v008".

With one SIM card everything is OK.

With another SIM from different ISP we have problems.
This SIM is ok because it works in other modems like Westermo...

Modem connects to ISP, dinamically we get IP address, default route and DNS server.
DNS server works because when ping(from Mikrotik) google.com DNS is resolved, but timeout.

Firewall and NAT are default and enabled.Doesn't work with firewall off also.

What could be the problem?

same problem without solution. Reason to not use any Mikrotik LTE device.

About this problem.. It was damaged LTE-modem, in my case. I replaced it under warrancy, and all's fine now.

Damn...I have same problem but on all three (new ones!) R11`s.
Same as yours. Everything looks good but no GW.
Atleast it resloves an IP when I go ping :)

General, please not use a R11 only as name but full name R11e-LTE because r11* means few modules now.
That lte module now have a firmware version MikroTik_CP_2.160.000_v018 (know as v18).

In official way you should try do a firmware upgrade by online, probably that cannot be done by that unit itself, if true then you can create a supout.rif after doing this:

You can write to support@mikrotik.com for a firmware package with instruction to upgrade it offline by 10$ wwan usb adapter and this should help.
