LTE Registration Denied R11e-4G in RB912UAG-5HPnD

Hello,

We have this issue when the LTE connection is bad, the registration stops and goes to "Registration Denied" in the LTE section.

Here's our setup:

RouterOS: 6.44beta61

I hope someone can make sense out of what is happening. The only solution to get the LTE working again is by manually turning off USB power and restarting.
But since we're using this Off-shore it's very likely that we have a ship driving at a distance where the RSRP is about -130 and disconnects + reconnects constantly.

Getting a very similar error. We have GSM sim cards, but our SXT 4Gs won't allow us to select any other network mode than "LTE". Was there any solution to this?

Is possible that you are too far of the tower that you are trying to connect.

Another possibility is that LTE interfaces are not compatible with BaseBox. It was designed to use WLAN interfaces, not LTE. Is recommended to use a LTE device with these interfaces.

I believe not, with my phone (Samsung S7) I have a pretty good connection
Another possibility is that LTE interfaces are not compatible with BaseBox. It was designed to use WLAN interfaces, not LTE. Is recommended to use a LTE device with these interfaces.
Sorry, I fear I am too much a beginner and I do not get the point.... my device (RBSXTR with R11e4G FCC ID: TV7R11E4G R11-4G_V005) has a SIM slot and has an LTE Interface. How can it not be compatible? It is a different device but I have the same error message as posted here..

Sorry, I not read your post here, in your case is weird. SXT is compatible with LTE interfaces and if you say that with your phone get good signal reception, it's very weird.

Can you try with different cell towers and/or ISP's?

Edit: I see your post and apparently your SXT are not detecting compatible BTS's

Can you try with different cell towers and/or ISP's?
How can I select a cell tower?

I also thought about buying another card for testing. currently I have a Vodafone card....
What is your country?
I am in Germany

Edit:
I just tried the sim card in my car and got LTE/4G connection....

If you can put your device more near of another cell tower. I saw that Vodafone in Germany uses Band 20 but also Band 7. Is possible that the nearest tower is using Band 7 and not 20. Uncheck the band selection and try again.

Hi,
yes. I have a app on my phone which shows me the band which it uses.... it tells me "20"

But nevertheless I tried the follow

1) Switched on Band 7 only
2) Switched on Band 20 only
3) Switched on Band 7 + 20

But unfortunately no success. In the logs I can see (also mentioned in the other topic) ...

So I fear I have to find out what are the correct settings for vodafone germany.... correct?

Second thing is that the device is
a) loosing the connection from time to time (rcvd +CME ERROR: Not camped on cell)
b) the LTE scanner is not finding anything
