I just assigned my simple queue as

target-addresses=X.X.X.X/29,Y.Y.Y.Y/29,Z.Z.Z.Z/29,

priority=8 queue=default-small/default-small limit-at=64000/256000

AND from the graphs it shows source address X.X.X.X/29.

You can make a graph of each queue, so you'll have to make a seperate queue of each IP you want to monitor or doing it another way, like using netflow/ntop or some syslog app..
