ROS let's you using interfaces like access and trunk mode.

https://wiki.mikrotik.com/wiki/Manual:Interface/VLAN

What feature exactly do you need?

Yes, but it actually is a "Switch" by design, so not best performance if you have high speed routing requirements.

Ok, if I understand, you need a 24 port switch with the power like a CCR or a CCR with the ports like a CRS with PoE capabilities.

It would be interesting. Soon will be release a 48 port switch with PoE but I not know how powerful will be.

Regards.

Hey everyone

Thanks for your replies.

I don't need much processing power, just wanting something for home where I can practice with the OS, use it as a router/firewall and also switch

Ok, so the CRS328-24P-4S+ can do all that you need.

Regards.

According to mikrotik test results (showed on hardware page) the CRS328-24P-4S+ have a theoretical CPU throughput(when cpu bridging/routing/firewall etc) of 1266mbps, but you wont get near that. During my tests i got about 500-700mbps with OSPF and static routes and i think i had one or two NAT-rules. I had it act like a simple router aswell as a switch. For a small home-lab, its perfect imo.
(Please note, these tests were with a CRS326-24G-2S+, but its the same CPU as the CRS328-24P-4S+, so it shouldnt matter that much)
