The scenario is I have Site-site vpn established, HQ and Branch. IN HQ I have 2 subnet, 1 is local bridge which is 192.168.255.0/24, the second one is bridge1 which is 192.168.254.0/24.
and the branch site subnet is 192.168.253.0/24.
Question: Why i cant ping bridge1 which is 192.168.254.0/24 in my Branch site? Why local bridge which is 192.168.255.0/24 is able to ping in branch site? I need to ping 2 subnet from HQ in Branch site.

Follow the hint in my automatic signature below (for both devices). So many things may have gone wrong that the guess list would be as long as the manual. You haven't stated even which VPN type you use.
