Problem With CRS-317-1G-16S + (SWOS 2.9)!!!

Since we installed a CRS-317 we have a problem, every trace route that passes through it does not show the jumps.

Example from a Router connected to our provider directly, all jumps are viewed correctly.

Issue:
If we make a trace from the router (a) to 8.8.8.8 (internet) connected as explained below, the trace only shows the destination 8.8.8.8 (see image)
router (a) CCR-1036-8G-2S <-----> CRS-317 <------> (b) CCR-1036-8G-2S <----> Provider (intrernet)

More details:
The switch CRS-317 has in automatic MODE 2 cables DAC reaching Negotiation of 10G in both router. Ping in both directions works OK, speedtest works perfect more than 8Gbps between both routers, there are no FILTER / NAT / MANGLE firewall rules that can interfere.

If you can give me an idea of where the problem is, I thank you.

Thank you for the provided details.
The switch does not forward the ICMP TTL exceeded and it appeared in SwOS 2.9 version. We look forward to fixing this in upcoming SwOS versions. As a workaround, you could try to use RouterOS instead.

There are lot known bugs on SwOS 2.8 and 2.9, especially for CRS317, and we waiting more than 8 months MikroTik fo fix it.... Keep your switch to SwOS 2.7 to avoid problems.
Check there is a lot of topics about this.

Javier, contactate con soporte que ya está disponible la versión 2.10. A mi me la pasaron por email (les reporte este mismo error) y según ellos corrige este este error. Mañana lo confirmaré.

Saludos.
