Hardware Switching RouterOS multiple VLANs

I'm trying to figure out the best way to configure VLANs on CRS328-4C-20S-4S+RM units. I currently have two VLANs on each access port, one for management and one for customer access. I then have those VLANs tied into separate bridges (one for management and one for customer access). The current configuration precludes HW switching from working. Is there a different method of VLAN configuration that will allow for HW switching? It would be fine if HW switching will only work on one of the two VLANs.
