Debug logging to usb stick howto

Hello Community,
I had recently got an issue that I might have fixed, but if the situation occurs, I would like to have debug logs available.
I have prepared a 64GB usb stick (ext3 formatted and pluged-in) to store the logs, but I can't figure out how to write logs to disk.
Every option I tried creates a flash/log.0.txt instead of disk/mikrotik-logs/log.0.txt
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong ?
