dude and multivlan

Hello everyone
I'm a little curious about multi vlan and dude?
I have a pair of RB1100 X4 with dude server on. I have 12 VLANs on and it seems to work. What amazes me is:
When I scan for devices in dude, I scan on server and it finds what I want on the ip / range I insert so everything works as it should.
I just put my doubts about security this scan?

I have been running dude V3 and mostly V4 with 5 agents for over 10 years and have been very pleased with the program but now I would like to upgrade to V6. After all, on V4 I scanned the devices I would find and monitor agents, then again. With an RB1100 HX4 with my 12 VLANs not intervlan but 12 independent VLANs should I be nervous about something here? After all, it's totally nice that I just have a trunk port with all my VLANs and other things I don't need?
It should be said that all my switches are cisco and the rest are mikrotik

Am I wrong on it to think of security in dude via this trunk port or is it really made for this?

Regards
Jimmy
