i have this NAT Rule:
[admin@MikroTik] ip firewall nat> add action=dst-nat chain=dstnat \
dst-address=10.0.0.216/32 to-addresses=192.168.0.4


put when i open explorer and try this Public IP i get this error

While trying to retrieve the URL: http://xx.xx.xx.xx/

The following error was encountered:

* Connection Failed

The system returned:

(111) Connection refused

The remote host or network may be down. Please try the request again.
