how could i generating a reports about my hotsopt users .. so if there way to reporting .. can i make the output of repoting in .xml - Excel extention .

Well, you could do it the way I do it, which is to generate the report, cut and past it into a word-processor, save it as a text file and then import it into an Excel template.

It would be a little easier if User-Manager had an option to save generated files as CSV files and absolutely marvelous if MT added a couple of functions to traffic manager which would do what UM does but on your own server.
