We can use our Own DNS or other DNS, But it may it take time to resolve. If there is own DNS it will resolve fastly.

Is it possible to make wifi client run on another DNS server then Ethernet cable client have?

Another possible answer to the question (OP didn't exactly made clear what were his intentions): you can have different set of DNS servers specified if wireless users are in separate subnet ... which then requires different DHCP server with separate settings. If wireless and ethernet clients share same subnet (same DHCP server), then there's no (simple at least) way to force some users use different LAN settings than other users ... there's nothing which makes them different from router's point of view.

One thing you need to realize is that you cannot have more than one instance of IP->DNS so there is no way to run MikroTik's DNS cache for both of them.
You can setup valid DNS servers in IP->DNS and allow remote requests, but you can configure the local router address only on ONE of the two networks.
On the other one you will have to set DHCP to issue some external DNS service and all requests will go directly to there without being cached locally.

That is just one of the many limitations of the MikroTik DNS service.
