Any one come a cross the following.

I have a 2 radio card wrap board that seems to have become a little weak on 1 radio card,
When the radio card and pig tail is swapped over it works well in the other slot.

Short range clients can connect an authenticate with the weaker card slot acting as an ap, but farther than 1 klm , with smartbridge clients will not.

Any ideas{

Just let you know, WRAP only support 18v.
It means (maybe): you need board powered with 48v such as RouterBOARD 532.
