Anyone has experience operating in 2.3 or 2.5 Ghz frequency with atheros cards and mikrotik OS. I would like to know if we operate in the frequencies under 2412 and above 2484 will this help us to avoid interference completely from the frequencies mentioned above.

ummm only little warrning... dont know from where you are but in Croatia 2.3GHz is a HAM freq. (radioamateur)!
Plz check your country law!
