Need help restoring Dude to defaults

Hi All,
I somehow messed up my Dude installation, and I don't know how to restore it to factory defaults. I tried re-installing the NPK, but there are still no dude/files! I've been searching the forums and trying things for hours to no avail. This is a new unit in pre-production so I don't mind losing the information in the database. Note that the Dude is functioning, that is, I can discover devices and create a map. But there are no svg image files or background.
