Replace the Cisco 3750G switch

Dear ALL,
I'm looking for to replace the existing Cisco C3750 switch , i'm confuse on the CRS series's test result, my C3750 as the layer 3 switch, any suggestion?
CRS312-4C+8XG-RM?CRS328-4C-20S-4S+RM?

A CRS is not a 1:1 replacement for a layer 3 switch!
When you really need layer 3 switching you should buy another layer 3 switch, and MikroTik does not have one in their product gamma.
A CRS is only useful for layer 2 switching with limited features (although more and more is being added over time), and for routing of a couple of slow networks e.g. a management network or some separate network for Voice or similar.
You would not want to use the layer 3 capabilities of a CRS for routing between VLANs, as you can on a 3750G.

MikroTik does not yet offer a real
multilayer switch, not with any performance you are probably going to need. Look at the size, costs, and feature set of a Cisco, and you can understand their value for a given situation. The routing decision is made with higher cost
ASIC circuits.
