can we shape when we downloading .avi? i want fast browsing, but shaping bandwitdh when we download .avi .mpg .mp3.

Is it possible?

we've managed this problem via marking the connection - only connection bytes from 10MB for examlpe so when the user opens a connection the first 10MB of the connection is fast but over then it's marked and the packets are going in an other queue.. (with lower prio)..
only one problem is with that solution: when a user uses a downloading program and this program opens several dozens of connections... does anybody know how to manage THIS problem?
