[Critical load] - Mikrotik CRS328-24P-4S+ < 1000mbps traffic

Hello,
We have a Mikrotik CRS328-24P-4S+ running default v6.41 version and default configuration in production for almost a year . We started noticing some packet loss and found that the CPU is constantly at 100% -
On comparing with another switch ( CRS125 ) , we can see that there are no ports listed in Switch Ports section -
We have 2 bonded 1G uplinks to a CCR router. We have 2 bonded links to a Cisco 2960G switch for one rack of servers and a single 1G link to another Cisco 2960G switch
What could be the reason ? How can we resolve this without a restart/upgrade of the switch ?
