I've tried to upgrade to ROS 7b5 my RB1100AHX2 with no success. And then I'm not able to do netinstall. here is shot from RS terminal:

You want to boot over ethernet, not upgrade firmware. Firmware is like BIOS, that's not the ROS/netinstall.
In menu select boot device and change it to boot from ethernet only. Then do the netinstall and after it set it back to boot from NAND.
