I have a r11e us modem on my lhg lte us kit. I cannot upgrade the firmware on the modem. When I try in the terminal it says downloading and just stays that way forever. I can check for updates and it says it has a update. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Like is there a way to update the firmware from a file instead of over the air?
