Hello,

I have a mikrotik r4 4011iGs and a few aps connected as capsman. At the moment i have about 25 devices connected to the router receiving dhcp.

The problem is, some devices cannot:
1- ping the device
2- open the web interface
3 - telnet with winbox to the device
and others do it just fine.

All devices can pin each other and all have internet.

What can i do to provide more info or in what direction can you point me in?

It looks like a firewall issue in input or output chain. Maybe the devices which can access the Mikrotik get IP addresses from a range which is allowed to access the Mikrotik itself by a firewall rule, whereas the others get addresses from a range which is not?
