Wireless with temperature at -20° C

Hello everybody
I want to ask if someone can help in prepare a wireless system that will be mount in a place that the temperature is around -20° C. I don't know if I have to insert a heating system, or the routerboard will work with out it? Maxi show me a photography in where the tower this snow cover, but how it work? What routerboard, miniPCI, type of cabinet, antenna do you recommend me? or someone know a page with this information to read.

-20c is no problem. Turn off power-saving on the CPU in the bios.

The buildup in the photo only happens when temperatures are near freezing. It's an indication of warmer winter weather rather than crisp winter weather.
