Mikrotik Audience Download speed is 2x slower than upload

Hi guys

I am pretty happy with my Mikrotik Audience, but the download speeds are 2x slower than upload.

I get around 300-350Mbs upload and about 150Mbs download

The channels are not crowded. The coverage is good between 45-55 dBm , I am using only one AC band (1733Mbs)

Can somebody please advise what can be a problem?

Thank you

Post your config, have you tried another client?

Use only wlan2 interface instead wlan3.
wlan3 was placed in this AP only for MESH purpose.
wlan2 can make 80Mhz channel width, wlan 3 support only 40Mhz channel width.

Don't use auto or XXXX channel widths

One difference between up and download is power save behavior of the client. Change clients, as someone suggested, or look at the config to see if you can disable it for a test. This can be evaluated through use of packet captures of the 802.11 traffic.

Beware that there are buggy Android phones that in certain countries only use 20mhz in RX and 20/40/80mhz in the TX chain giving slow download speeds and fast uploads.
